We are seeking a part-time Educator to join our small and well-established team at Buninyong Uniting Kindergarten.

The kindergarten offers an inclusive and creative program that nurtures children's strengths, interests and social connections.

This role will be responsible for sessions run from 8:30 to 4:00 Monday and Tuesday, with non-contact time also available.

**What We Offer**

In addition to a salary and superannuation, you'll receive 17.5% leave loading and access to up to $15,900 in salary packaging benefits.

We also offer a 60% staff discount on childcare through Uniting and the option to increase your annual leave entitlements through our purchase leave program.

**About You**

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • A Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education as approved by the Australian Children's Education and Care Quality Authority.
  • Demonstrated understanding of quality frameworks and continuous quality improvement processes.
  • Demonstrated understanding and knowledge of early childhood development and education.
  • Demonstrated understanding of the Early Years Learning and Development Frameworks and National Quality Framework.
