About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Equipment Service Manager to oversee scheduling at our busy Melbourne West branch and field service staff.

As part of our team, you will manage daily service schedules, enabling our Service Manager to focus on strategic planning.

To succeed in this role, you may possess:

  • Trade certifications or experience in construction equipment, truck, or agricultural dealership
  • Service workshop experience will also be considered
  • Leadership or senior technician experience with a desire to take on a leadership role
  • A willingness to learn new systems and procedures
  • Excellent communication skills to interact with all levels of people within the business
