About Xavier Catholic CollegeXavier Catholic College is a co-educational K-12 institution that has been serving the community since 2003. The college provides a high-quality, inclusive Catholic education where students are engaged in their learning and motivated to do their best.
The mission of the college is to provide a supportive environment that fosters social responsibility, self-discipline and Catholic values in all its students. Our Prep to Year 12 enrolments have grown to over 1340 and continue to expand.
As a member of the teaching staff at Xavier Catholic College, you will be responsible for creating a nurturing and ordered learning environment that is learner-centred, supportive, cooperative, and aligned with relevant curriculum policies and documents.
You will work collaboratively with the leadership team, teachers and other staff members to contribute to the professional life of the school and foster a positive school culture. This includes proactively engaging with professional learning to enhance student learning outcomes and establishing positive relationships in the pastoral care of students.
To be successful in this position, you will bring contemporary skills and experience including expertise in designing and delivering effective curriculum programs, commitment to engage with colleagues, students, and parents/carers to enrich learning experiences, and passion to support students' spiritual and moral development.
