Support Coordinator Role

We are seeking a skilled Support Coordinator to join our dynamic team.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about supporting individuals with their NDIS plans and therapies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist participants to implement their NDIS plans and therapies
  • Maximise participants' NDIS plans and engage in mainstream supports
  • Assist with plan reviews and change of circumstances submissions
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience in Support Coordination or transferable skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to manage deadlines and work under pressure
  • Organisational wizardry and time management skills
  • Current Driver's Licence
  • Police check within the last 6 months
  • NDIS Worker Screening including Blue Card (required before starting)
