Job Title: Aboriginal P&C Business Partner

As an expert in Aboriginal workforce outcomes, you will play a key role in delivering culturally informed HR advice, coaching and mentoring to Aboriginal employees and people leaders across our portfolio. Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide culturally informed HR advice, coaching and mentoring to Aboriginal employees and people leaders
  • Support workplace matters such as conflict resolution, performance concerns, and grievance management
  • Develop and deliver informative and engaging training sessions to empower leaders
  • Identify continuous improvement opportunities, enhancing our service delivery to improve customer outcomes

Requirements:
  • Understanding of diverse workforce issues including Aboriginal people and sensitivities around Aboriginal culture
  • Demonstrated experience in HR/ER/WHS case management or conflict resolution

  • Customer centric and people centric mindset with strong decision-making skills
