This casual position plays a vital role in prioritising the well-being of residents in a retirement community.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities- Provide supportive care to residents with activities of daily living, including mobility assistance, continence management, showering, dressing, personal grooming, and medication prompting
- Assist with meal preparation and provision of domestic and laundry services to residents
- Transport residents to appointments and provide social support and shopping assistance as required
- Certificate III in Aged Care or equivalent qualification
- Valid full driver's licence, comprehensive insurance and reliable transport
- National police check and first aid certification
- Prepared to undertake pre-employment medical assessment, including drug and alcohol testing
