Export Trade Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Export Trade Manager to join our team. As a key member of the sales department, you will be responsible for managing and growing trade relationships with customers across Australia and Asia.

  • Identify business opportunities for building up business plans
  • Research changes in regulatory requirements affecting imports, exports, wholesaling, and distribution of goods
  • Determine strategic product portfolios for each market and negotiate conditions of trade
  • Handle quotations, process orders, arrange shipping, and oversee sales cycles
  • Follow up display and sale of merchandise, prepare product information, and translate customer needs into commercial action
  • Coordinate daily with colleagues across domestic and international teams

As an Export Trade Manager, you will thrive in structured environments and work effectively within clear concepts. You will monitor performance of different product categories, seasonal availability, and quality of fresh produce, analyzing key targets periodically.

This role requires strong commercial skills, a passion for quality fresh produce, backed by solid market insight. We are looking for someone who is commercially sharp, innovative, dependable, team-oriented, socially aware, strong in interpersonal communication, results-driven, resilient, proactive, and analytical.

Key qualifications include a Bachelor's degree, working capabilities, proven experience, relevant professional network in the international fresh produce market, deep understanding of market pricing mechanisms, and ability to build excellent client relationships.
