Job Description

As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and managing sleep apnea treatments for patients. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting diagnostic evaluations, including titration studies, and providing guidance on CPAP equipment setup and ongoing service requirements.

You will collaborate closely with physicians to create tailored treatment plans that address the specific needs of each patient. Additionally, you will educate patients and their families about sleep disorders, evaluation procedures, and available treatment options.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct diagnostic evaluations, including titration studies, for patients experiencing sleep-disordered breathing
  • Provide guidance on CPAP equipment, setup, and ongoing service requirements
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to create tailored treatment plans
  • Educate patients and their families about sleep disorders and available treatment options
Requirements
  • Previous experience in retail, healthcare, or sales environments
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Independent clinic management capability
  • Broad experience with customer service across all stages of customer interaction
  • Proficiency with Google Suite applications
