We are seeking a highly skilled Rehabilitation Consultant to join our team at APM. As a Rehabilitation Consultant, you will play a vital role in supporting our military personnel to achieve their health goals and return to service.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct worksite assessments to identify mental health issues and psychosocial barriers.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders, including medical specialists, treatment providers, and allied health professionals, to develop and implement rehabilitation plans.
- Apply clinical knowledge to facilitate a return to wellness plan and provide case management services.
- Implement and monitor rehabilitation plans to ensure successful outcomes.
- Full membership with AASW, ASORC/RCAA, AHPRA (or eligibility for).
- Tertiary qualifications in Rehabilitation Counselling, Social Work, or Psychology (Graduates welcome to apply).
- Strong clinical reasoning and ability to engage across multidisciplinary teams.
- Passion for helping people rehabilitate.
