Regional Lifestyle and Community Development Specialist

Catholic Healthcare, a leading not-for-profit provider of residential aged care, home and community services & retirement living across NSW and SE QLD, seeks an exceptional Regional Lifestyle and Community Development Specialist to join their team.
About the RoleWe are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional to lead our Regional Lifestyle and Wellbeing initiatives in Southern Sydney, Southern and Regional NSW. As a key member of our Residential Aged Care, Wellbeing and Leisure Team, you will be responsible for embedding our Wellbeing Framework and Model of Care across a portfolio of RAC homes.
Your portfolio will include supporting homes in Revesby, Berkeley, Wagga Wagga, Unanderra, Kogarah, South Hurstville, Tumut, Forbes, Batehaven Kirrawee, with regular travel across these areas. You will work closely with on-site Lifestyle Coordinators and their teams to coach and develop them in delivering high-quality wellbeing programs and services.
In this autonomous role, you will utilise your exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build trusted partnerships with stakeholders, drive positive change, and foster a culture of care and resident lifestyle choices consistent with our Operating Model and aligned to new and existing Aged Care Quality Standards.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in the implementation and embedding of our Wellbeing Framework
- Contribute to the development of wellbeing systems, processes, and programs
- Coach and develop Lifestyle Coordinators and teams within your region
- Monitor compliance with relevant Standards for Lifestyle/Wellbeing, Model of Care
- Identify and manage risk to improve the lifestyle experience
- Develop solutions to identified gaps within homes and older persons' behaviour concerns via engagement/therapeutic lens
- Co-design and deliver education programs and in-services to improve knowledge, skills, and capability in Lifestyle/Wellbeing and Model of Care initiatives
As a valued member of our team, you can expect:
- A salary range of AUD $85,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience
- 7 additional days off per year + NFP salary packaging
