Leadership and Sales Management Role

This leadership role is ideal for those with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, driving outstanding sales results, and developing high-performing teams. The Assistant Store Manager will be responsible for coaching, developing, and mentoring store staff to achieve sales targets and individual KPIs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Store Manager in achieving sales targets and driving business growth
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and improve customer engagement
  • Coach and develop store staff to achieve their full potential
  • Maintain a strong focus on customer service and ensure that all staff members are providing excellent service
