We're seeking a skilled Network Engineer to lead and execute small paid projects from conception to completion.

- You'll work closely with other Engineers or Service Delivery Teams to facilitate necessary works.

- Potential for some on-site work requirements to assist the remote Senior Network Engineer as needed.
- Create detailed technical documentation for implemented solutions and configurations.
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date documentation.
- Handover completed work to BAU Teams.
- Log billable time for documentation tasks.
- Interface with clients to understand their needs and provide technical guidance.
- Communicate ticket status, issues, and resolutions effectively.
- Billing time accurately for client interactions.
- Identify and implement process improvements to streamline operations.
- Collaborate with other departments to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Consistently demonstrate professional workplace behaviours that reflect our company values.
- Comply with all company policies.
