We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Full Time Shop Assistant to join our team at Harris Farm Markets. As a Full Time Shop Assistant, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring our customers have an outstanding shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Assist customers with their shopping needs and provide product recommendations
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, stockroom, and customer service areas
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, including handling cash, credit card payments, and mobile payments
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales targets and meet customer needs
