Employment Specialist

Workskil Australia Ltd is seeking a dedicated Employment Coach to join our team. As an Employment Coach, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with a prior offender history to find employment and improve their vocational skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a caseload of up to 80 customers, providing individualized support to help them achieve their employment goals.
- Stabilize non-vocational issues and build vocational skills and experience to improve customers' capacity to work.
- Undertake 'reverse marketing' of customers to suitable employers, promoting their skills and experience.
- Run group-based job search sessions to motivate and promote further job placements.
Requirements:
- A genuine passion for recruitment and working with individuals in need.
- Ability to meet individual targets and contribute to a strong site team.
- Strong administration skills and IT literacy, with experience in data entry, typing, Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Minimum Certificate IV in Employment Services or Career Development, or willingness to study.
- Previous experience in the employment services or call centre industry, or similar.
Remuneration will be negotiated commensurate with skills and experience, with a portion of the salary available through tax-effective salary packaging.
