Educator - Norris Road (Bracken Ridge)

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Educator to join our team at YMCA Norris Road Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) Service in Bracken Ridge. As an OSHC Educator, you will be responsible for the care and supervision of primary school children before and after school, as well as during school holiday periods.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality care and supervision to children in a safe and nurturing environment
- Assist in the planning and implementation of engaging and educational activities for children
- Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of a child-centered program
- Current First Aid and CPR certification
- Positive Notice Blue Card or willingness to obtain one
- Completed a Certificate, Diploma, or Bachelor degree in the field of children's services or similar
- Able to work a casual schedule with flexibility to allocate availability to suit study or family needs
