Cognizant is seeking a skilled Experience Strategist to lead the development and implementation of comprehensive experience design strategies that align with business goals and user needs. This role involves overseeing the creation and management of design systems to ensure consistency and efficiency across all digital products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement experience design strategies that meet user needs and business goals.
  • Oversee the creation and management of design systems to ensure consistency and efficiency.
  • Provide expertise in Figma to create and support high-fidelity prototypes and design assets.
  • Use UI design patterns to develop intuitive and user-friendly interfaces.
  • Employ Adobe XD to design and prototype user experiences for web and mobile applications.
  • Apply visual design elements and fundamentals to create aesthetically pleasing and functional user interfaces.
  • Develop and support visual branding guidelines to ensure a cohesive brand identity across all digital touchpoints.
  • Conduct heuristic reviews to find usability issues and recommend improvements.
  • Lead creative design efforts for websites and apps, ensuring they meet user needs and business aims.

Requirements:

  • 8-10 years of experience in experience design, design system management, and creative design.
  • Proven track record of successful projects in experience design, design system creation, and visual branding.
  • Expertise in Figma, Adobe XD, and UI design patterns.
  • Strong understanding of visual design elements and fundamentals.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
