We are seeking an experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team at Birtinya Sunshine Coast. As a key member of our store leadership team, you will be responsible for supporting the Store Manager in the successful and efficient running of the store.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the Store Manager to operate an effective and profitable store
  • Assisting the Store Manager to develop and foster a customer-focused culture through the execution of sales, service, and compliance initiatives
  • Inspiring and leading a diverse team of passionate individuals to reach set KPIs and sales targets
  • Supporting the Store Manager to train, mentor, and coach Team Members to work towards goals and succession planning
  • Creating a memorable shopping experience for each and every customer
