About the role

As a Liquor Specialist, you'll be responsible for maintaining a high level of product knowledge, including local and imported beers, wines, and spirits. You'll work closely with colleagues to ensure a seamless shopping experience for customers. Your passion for the liquor industry and commitment to customer satisfaction will set you apart.

About you and your skills

  • Exceptional customer service skills, with a strong focus on delivering a personalized experience
  • Strong product knowledge, with a willingness to learn and stay up-to-date on new products and trends
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment, with a focus on collaboration and communication
  • Physical ability to lift moderate to heavy loads, up to 17kg, and stand for long periods of time
  • A current accredited Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) qualification

Please note that an accredited RSA certificate is a legal requirement for employment selling liquor in Australia. (In some states this accredited RSA may be State-specific and not the nationally accredited training.)
