Cardiovascular Innovation Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Therapy Development Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving the development and adoption of innovative therapies that improve patient outcomes.
Job Description:
- Sales: Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets by conducting sales engagements and product conversions.
- Clinical Support/Case Coverage: Provide critical support to customers in the operating room environment, including case coverage and product demonstrations.
- Therapy Development: Identify target centers for therapy development, support training programs, and monitor therapy adoption.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the cardiovascular industry or related field.
- Experience working in an operating room, electrophysiology lab, or cath lab.
- Ability to communicate effectively with clinical faculty and senior sales management.
