Design Coordinator Role Overview

At Tideri Jobbörse, we are seeking an experienced Design Coordinator to join our design team. This permanent full-time role will have you at the forefront of delivering some of Tasmania's and Victoria's most iconic construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support design management activities and assist in facilitating design teams to provide project solutions, advice, and documentation.
  • Lead design objectives while ensuring that project delivery requirements are achieved.
  • Track multiple priorities, with a variety of project delivery models from government, private sector, and Fairbrother's own developments portfolio.

Requirements:
  • Degree in Architecture or relevant tertiary education.
  • At least 2 years' commercial construction industry design experience.
  • Demonstrated stakeholder engagement and management skills.
  • Demonstrated experience in project management, construction methodologies and operations.
  • Knowledge of design trends and demonstrated proficiency in design documentation review and communication.
  • Excellent communication skills (graphic, written, and verbal).
  • Excellent planning, organisation, and time management skills.
