Customer Service Representative

This role focuses on the efficient management of both physical and electronic records. As a valued member of our team, you will work in a fast-paced environment on a client site.

  • Handle internal/external calls and deal with customer enquiries
  • Maintain switchboard databases and assist in organising meetings and conferences
  • Perform general administrative duties, including mailroom operations
  • Maintain office equipment, supplies and stationery

The key responsibility is to deliver service excellence by establishing and maintaining relationships with clients, suppliers and Canon Business Services.

Key Requirements:

  • Hold a valid Driver's License (preferred)
  • Good knowledge of MS Office and an ability to quickly learn new technology
  • Strong communication and a focus on delivering exceptional customer service
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
