Compassionate Healthcare Leader

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse to join our dedicated residential team in Busselton, WA. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care to our residents while promoting their physical, emotional, and social well-being.
Key Responsibilities- Provide leadership and supervision to Enrolled Nurses and Care Partners to ensure the highest standard of care is delivered to our residents.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans that cater to the unique needs and preferences of each resident.
- Empower Enrolled Nurses and Care Partners to provide high-quality care by leading by example and implementing evidence-based clinical practices.
- Tertiary qualifications in Nursing and current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse.
- Experience in Aged Care or Community Services is highly regarded.
- Strong understanding of care assessment and provision within the Aged and Health Care sectors.
- Demonstrated effective interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).

What We Offer- A competitive salary of $85,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
