Customer Service Professional

We are seeking a passionate and customer-focused professional to join our team in Carole Park QLD.

This is an Indigenous-identified opportunity, requiring applicants to be of Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander descent.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Informing customers of new product ranges and services where applicable
  • Understanding customers' sales history and proactively identifying their needs
  • Actioning customer requests in a timely manner within allocated timeframes
  • Taking ownership of all customer interactions

To succeed in this role, you will possess:

  • Industry knowledge or experience in high-volume call centre environments (desired but not essential)
  • Outstanding customer service skills and the ability to work independently in a small team
  • Clear verbal and written communication skills
  • An advanced understanding of Microsoft or Cloud-based CRM programs (training provided)
  • The ability to think outside the box and innovate solutions

This is a full-time opportunity with an 8-hour shift, Monday to Friday. We value your commitment to our community and encourage applicants who can commute or relocate before starting work.
