A seasoned leader is required to spearhead our efforts in developing and executing a go-to-market strategy for AWS within the country of focus.

About the Role
  • Develop and execute the AWS go-to-market strategy, fostering strategic partnerships and driving business growth, particularly within customer service and contact center spaces.
  • Influence leadership on the value of AWS, advocating for its adoption and promoting its integration with Zendesk's offerings.
  • Raise visibility and promote the benefits of Zendesk's solutions, specifically the Zendesk for Contact Centre powered by Amazon Connect, to AWS sales and marketing leaders and their teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage in country-level sales and marketing initiatives, increasing awareness of Zendesk for Contact Center among AWS and Zendesk stakeholders.
  • Cultivate deal alignment and co-selling opportunities with AWS account executives and specialist sales teams focused on AI and Amazon Connect, resolving any conflicts that may arise.
  • Develop country-specific sales strategies, leveraging insights from AWS and Zendesk leaders, and delivering effective enablement programs to drive success.

Requirements:

  • Foster strong relationships with AWS and Zendesk sales and marketing teams, ensuring seamless collaboration and alignment.
  • Drive strategic planning and execution, identifying areas for improvement and implementing data-driven solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor analysis, and market developments, providing actionable insights to inform business decisions.
