
Nutrition Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Dietitian to join our multidisciplinary team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a purpose-driven organisation that prioritises integrity, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to deliver tailored nutritional assessments and interventions for residents across multiple sites, champion best-practice nutrition aligned with Aged Care Quality Standards and relevant legislation, and directly influence the health and wellbeing of our residents.
In this role, you will work closely with nursing and hospitality teams to ensure seamless, holistic care. You will also share knowledge by delivering engaging training and educational resources to residents, families, and staff under the guidance of our Senior Dietitian.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver Expert Nutritional Assessments: Provide personalised nutritional assessments and interventions that reflect each resident's unique needs and preferences.
- Share Knowledge: Deliver engaging training and educational resources to residents, families, and staff under the guidance of our Senior Dietitian.
- Foster Collaborative Relationships: Develop strong, collaborative relationships across the multidisciplinary team and with external partners to ensure seamless, holistic care.
- Champion Best-Practice Nutrition: Champion best-practice nutrition aligned with Aged Care Quality Standards and relevant legislation to support outstanding resident outcomes.
- Uphold Professional Standards: Uphold the highest professional standards by practising in accordance with the Dietitians Australia Code of Conduct for Dietitians and Nutritionists.
- An Accredited Practising Dietitian eligible for full membership with Dietitians Australia (new graduates encouraged to apply).
- Exceptional Communication Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a natural ability to connect with people from all walks of life.
