Corporate and Commercial Advisory Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Associate to join our Corporate and Commercial Advisory team. As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional results for our clients.

Job Description:

As a Senior Associate in our Corporate and Commercial Advisory team, you will be responsible for undertaking complex corporate and commercial matters, including mergers & acquisitions (M&A), corporate governance, charities and not-for-profits, transport, intellectual property and digital law, taxation and private advisory, and project financing.

You will work closely with other practice areas in the firm to deliver high-quality service to clients. Your responsibilities will include drafting and negotiating commercial agreements, managing client relationships, mentoring and supervising junior colleagues, and participating in business development activities.

Key skills required for this role include 5+ years' post-admission experience, a commercial mindset, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering high-quality work. Commerce or accounting degrees will also be considered favourably.

Requirements:
  • 5+ years' post-admission experience across a broad range of corporate and commercial matters
  • A commercial mindset with a focus on delivering practical and commercially sound advice to clients
  • Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships and work collaboratively with other solicitors and support staff
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
  • Commerce or accounting degrees will also be considered favourably
