About the Role

Gorilla Jobs is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Occupational Rehabilitation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering case management and coordinating rehabilitation services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver case management and coordinate rehabilitation services to clients
  • Identify Return to Work (RTW) barriers and develop tailored rehabilitation programs
  • Provide support for clients to help restore their functional performance and achieve a successful outcome
  • Conduct pre-employment health and functional assessments
  • Liaise and coordinate with various stakeholders to provide viable solutions and recommendations for clients

Requirements
  • Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, Psychology, or Social Work
  • Full AHPRA registration or ESSA
  • Unrestricted Australian Working Rights
  • Current driver's license and comprehensively insured vehicle
