Warehouse Equipment Technician

Overtime compensation is provided in addition to regular pay. This full-time role is based in the field.

We are seeking individuals with mechanical aptitude to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key part in the company's growth and overall success by delivering quality service to customers, performing scheduled maintenance, and conducting safety checks.

The key responsibilities of this position include:

  • Servicing and repair of warehouse equipment in a designated territory and customer base - Providing excellent customer experiences for Crown
  • Utilizing the latest mobile technology to manage daily work schedules
  • Managing inventory on allocated service vans and customer sites - Delivering high-quality service
  • Gaining experience working with top-tier customers in Australia
  • Joining the leading warehouse equipment service business in Australia
  • Completing an initial 8-week training program and industry-leading induction process
  • Performing routine maintenance and completing service work - Both reactive and planned
  • Maintaining accurate records of all work performed
