About the Role

We are seeking highly motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join our Service Attendant team at ICC Group. As a frontline team member, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greeting and Welcoming Guests: Provide a warm and friendly welcome to our customers, ensuring they feel valued and respected.
  • Exceptional Customer Service: Deliver outstanding customer service, responding to queries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Food and Beverage Service: Deliver and introduce our meals and drinks, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for our guests.
  • Bar Operations: Assist in the bar, making cocktails, mixed drinks, wine, and beer, while maintaining a clean and organized environment.
  • Teamwork and Communication: Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure seamless service delivery, communicating effectively to ensure a positive experience for our guests.
Requirements
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with guests and team members.
  • Teamwork and Flexibility: Demonstrate a willingness to work collaboratively as part of a team, being flexible and adaptable to meet the needs of our guests.
  • Customer Service Focus: Possess a genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for our guests.
  • Availability and Flexibility: Be available to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays, as required.
