Warehouse Operations Manager Role

To maximize your potential in a fast-paced environment, we are seeking a highly skilled and organized Warehouse Operations Manager. This key role involves overseeing all warehouse operations to ensure safe, efficient, and timely coordination of freight, consumables, stock, and documentation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Task Allocation: Lead morning pre-start meetings and allocate daily tasks to ensure seamless workflow.
  • Compliance and Reporting: Ensure completion of Workshop Inspections, Field Interaction forms, Take 5's and Hazard Reports to maintain regulatory compliance.
  • Time Management: Check, confirm, and submit time sheets, holiday forms, and sick leave forms promptly to avoid delays.
  • Inventory Control: Oversee receipting of goods and requisitions for transport in/out of stores, ensuring accurate inventory levels.
  • Supply Chain Management: Manage and order store supplies, consumables, and forklift gas to maintain optimal stock levels.
  • Logistics Coordination: Coordinate freight collections/deliveries with required documentation (con notes, OGA, ETA updates, freight images) to ensure smooth logistics flow.
  • Waste Management: Schedule and manage Cleanaway bin collections (weekly/monthly) and waste management requirements to maintain a clean and healthy work environment.
