We are seeking skilled professionals to fill a challenging role in software engineering.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and testing moderately complex software programs using supplied specifications, standards, and tools.

This position requires the ability to acquire and apply knowledge of intermediate domain technologies, listen to internal and external stakeholders, and recommend solutions to issues impacting desired outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, test, and document software programs and modifications
  • Aquire and apply knowledge of intermediate domain technologies
  • Listen to internal and external stakeholders to meet needs and expectations
  • Recommend solutions to issues impacting desired outcomes
Preferred Skills:
  • Demonstrated expertise in developing and architecting with at least one programming language
  • Industry experience, formal training, or domain expertise
  • Experience in producing formal project documentation
  • Experience implementing network design on Cisco and Juniper hardware
  • Low level and high level languages and ETL processes
  • Experience with at least one compiled language (e.g. C, C++, Rust, Golang)
  • DevOps tools (e.g. Gitlab CI/CD, Kubernetes, Helm, Knative, Docker, Terraform)
  • Experience using a debugger to debug a compiled binary or script
  • Understanding of core computer science fundamentals (e.g., algorithms, memory management, problem solving)
  • Understanding of operating system internals
