We are seeking a skilled Software Engineering Leader to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned leader who can guide and mentor our software engineers, architects, and developers.

About the Role

As a Software Engineering Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the development of our software products and ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality, reliability, and performance. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, design, and QA, to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of software engineers, providing guidance, mentorship, and coaching to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
  • Collaborate with product management and design teams to define product requirements, develop technical roadmaps, and prioritize feature development.
  • Ensure that software development projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet the required quality standards.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, system designs, and test plans.
  • Mentor and train junior engineers to help them grow and develop in their careers.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices, and apply this knowledge to improve our software engineering processes and tools.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in software engineering leadership roles, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions on time, within budget, and meeting required quality standards.
  • Strong technical skills, with expertise in one or more programming languages, such as Java, Python, C++, or JavaScript.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
