Career Opportunity:

As a Funds Associate, you will play a key role in advising global clients on structuring, establishing, and operating fund products. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a prestigious firm renowned for serving the world's top hedge fund managers, private equity firms, and corporations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert advice on fund structuring, establishment, and operation.
  • Review transaction documentation from a legal perspective across various structures and jurisdictions.
  • Prepare, draft, and negotiate fund documentation and agreements.
  • Manage transactions end-to-end with efficiency and precision.
  • Engage with domestic and international clients, building strong relationships.
  • Participate in business development, promoting the firm and identifying opportunities for new work and cross-selling.
  • Collaborate within a team, supervising junior lawyers and sharing knowledge and expertise.

Requirements:

  • 3-6 years' PQE in investment funds, ideally from a top-tier law firm.
  • Strong academic background with exceptional written communication and drafting skills.
  • Outstanding technical expertise and a client-focused approach.
  • Ability to build relationships with clients and colleagues, thriving in a team environment.
  • Proven organizational skills and a proactive attitude toward business development.
