About the Role

As a member of our Trade Counter team, you will play a crucial role in helping plumbers and other tradespeople access the products they need for building and renovation projects. Your day-to-day activities will include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service and information about products
  • Preparing quotes for customers both in person and over the phone
  • Performing pick, pack, and stock control activities
  • Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
  • Occasionally making deliveries to customers using a company vehicle
What We're Looking For

We're seeking individuals who possess:

  • Previous experience in retail sales or customer service, with a passion for helping customers
  • The ability to pick orders, maintain shop floor displays, and ensure accurate information is provided
  • Basic computer skills and a willingness to learn new systems
  • A clean, valid driver's license and flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends
  • A desire to develop their career, either locally, within our network, or at head office
