  • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)
  • Build strong relationships with children, families and colleagues to create a safe, welcoming and respectful environment
  • Participate in ongoing development, growth and training opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge
  • Contribute to centre planning, including natural play environments, open plan rooms and age-appropriate learning resources

Key Requirements:

  • A Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education (or working towards) (or an ACECQA approved equivalent)
  • Sound knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)
  • A current Working with Children Check
  • Australian Working Rights
  • Excellent personal presentation
  • Confidence in collaborating with our families and the local community
