Software engineering is a dynamic and innovative field that requires skilled professionals to design, develop, and maintain complex software systems. As a Broadcast Software Engineer at NEP Group, you will play a crucial role in developing secure, production-ready software for critical services using Golang, React, and PHP.

This position involves working closely with commissioning and support teams, product managers, and users to identify and address technical challenges, improve system performance, and enhance user experience. Key responsibilities include writing automated tests for new and existing code, contributing to continuous integration (CI) workflows, designing and implementing new features, troubleshooting and profiling code for bugs or performance issues, providing documentation to users and commissioning teams, and collaborating with other engineering teams.

The ideal candidate will possess multiple years of software development experience, be familiar with new codebases and frameworks, and have a broad understanding of coding and programming languages. They should also be able to communicate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders, prioritize tasks, and manage their time efficiently.
