Key Responsibilities
  • Provide advanced technical support to minimize downtime and ensure broadcast continuity.
  • Act as the senior point of contact and escalation for content teams and team members.
  • Carry out complex technical maintenance and operational tasks to support program and network needs.
  • Support the management of technology projects and ensure external contractor compliance with site access policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualifications in a Broadcast Technology or related field, or equivalent significant skills, knowledge, and experience.
  • Highly advanced capability in technical support functions across locally supported technologies and systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong client focus.
  • Highly advanced problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and assess client needs.
