Join our Early Childhood Education and Care team as a leader who inspires, educates, and empowers children to thrive in a nurturing environment. As a Lead Educator, you will play a pivotal role in shaping a stimulating and engaging setting where educators and children can grow together.

You will work closely with an Early Childhood Teacher and a supportive leadership team to design and deliver an exceptional curriculum that fosters each child's learning and development while helping them build a strong sense of identity.

  • New purpose-built services cater for children from 6 weeks to five years old across multiple rooms and outdoor play yards.
  • Buses stop close to the service for easy commute.
About the Role

This is a full-time position requiring a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care. You must be able to work Monday to Friday and have in-depth experience leading a team within a childcare service.

A valid Working with Children Check or willingness to obtain is required along with a current First Aid Certificate or willingness to obtain.

  • Develop and implement high-quality educational programs that promote children's learning and development.
  • Lead and manage a team of early childhood professionals to ensure a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
  • Contribute to the creation of a safe, welcoming, and inclusive space for children and families.
