Leadership Opportunity
">We are seeking a highly skilled and supportive leader to join our team. As a Workforce Team Leader, you will play a crucial role in shaping how we support our workforce and deliver quality care to clients.
">Reporting to the Workforce Enablement Leader, you will lead our support workers and work closely with our Rostering and other stakeholders across the business. Your primary focus will be on ensuring our workers feel supported and connected, and that client visits are delivered safely and consistently.
">This is a key leadership role that requires a strong people focus. You will need to be able to build trust easily, lead with care and fairness, and understand the realities of working with a casual/part-time workforce.
">The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to prioritize and stay focused in a busy environment, and support people to grow and build confidence in their roles.
">About the Role
">In this role, you will have the opportunity to contribute to service improvement and help shape the way we work into the future. You will also have regular travel offsite around the South Eastern suburbs and Mornington Peninsula.
