Business Acceptance Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Business Acceptance Analyst. This role is critical in ensuring the firm's protection from reputational, legal, and commercial risks.
The successful candidate will be responsible for analysing new clients and matters to identify and resolve legal and commercial conflicts of interest, ensuring compliance with anti-money laundering/counter-terrorism financing obligations, and meeting international regulatory requirements.
This position requires strong analytical and research skills, excellent communication style, and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a dynamic team.
A degree in Law, Risk Management, Business, Politics, Economics or related discipline is desirable but not essential. Problem solving, professionalism, and sound judgement are key qualities we look for in a candidate.
Key Responsibilities- Analysing clients and matters to identify potential risks and conflicts of interest
- Ensuring compliance with AML/CTF obligations and international regulatory requirements
- Providing advice on risk management and mitigation strategies
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to achieve business objectives
The ideal candidate has demonstrated experience in Risk & Compliance, Conflicts and/or AML/KYC in the professional services sector, preferably within a law firm or large corporation.
They should possess strong organisational and research skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure.
