Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Energy Meter Technician to join our team in Ballarat. The successful candidate will be responsible for reading electric, gas or water meters, recording usage, inspecting meters and connections for defects and damage, and reporting irregularities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Safely navigate properties to read meters
  • Report any hazards or defects found during inspections
  • Accurately record meter readings for gas distributors

Requirements:

  • No previous experience is required as training will be provided
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently
  • Good physical ability to walk long hours
