**Job Opportunity:** Minecraft Product Manager

We're looking for a skilled individual to manage the creation and development of interactive Minecraft products. The successful candidate will oversee the concept-to-launch process, ensuring high-quality experiences align with user engagement and business objectives.

This role involves collaborating closely with our Creative and Production teams to research, ideate, and strategize product launches into the Minecraft Marketplace ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have strong technical understanding of Minecraft, exceptional project management skills, and experience working with cross-functional teams.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Product Development: Oversee the development of new Minecraft products from conception to launch.
  • Data Analysis: Interpret relevant data and trend analysis to inform product decisions.
  • Market Research: Conduct research on products and competitors in the Minecraft Marketplace.
  • Ideation: Utilize research and data to drive the creation of new Minecraft products.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Mod Developers and Set Designers using clear briefs and feedback.
  • Project Management: Manage complex projects, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
Requirements:
  • Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of Minecraft and its ecosystem.
  • Leadership Skills: Exceptional project management and leadership abilities.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration: Effective communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Trend Awareness: Understanding of Gen Alpha and Gen Z cultural trends.
  • Market Knowledge: Familiarity with Minecraft Marketplace restrictions and guidelines.
  • Platform Experience: Experience working with Microsoft Partner Centre/Compass/Auger platforms.
