About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Support Worker to join our Intensive Therapeutic Care (ITC) model. This program supports children and young people with disabilities in a therapeutic environment to help them thrive.
Key Responsibilities
- Support children/young people to achieve personal goals and build their personal resilience
- Assist children/young people to navigate complex emotions and triggers, and support connection to family & culture
- Encourage and aid participation in education & extracurricular activities to promote competence and stability in day-to-day life
- Transport and daily care as required, working alongside our clinical and casework team with children and young people at the forefront of all practice
