Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality, patient-centred care that meets the needs of our diverse community. This will involve:

  • Providing safe and effective care that promotes positive health outcomes;
  • Advocating for patients and supporting them to make informed decisions about their health;
  • Making referrals and providing guidance on discharge planning;
  • Supervising, mentoring, and supporting enrolled nurses, assistant in nursing, and students on placement.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A current authority to practice as a registered nurse with AHPRA;
