Job Overview

We are seeking a Marketing Coordinator to manage projects, oversee brand compliance, coordinate events, and liaise with stakeholders.

Main Responsibilities
  • Manage dealer development projects and ensure brand alignment at dealer facilities.
  • Supervise signage and visibility standards, and update marketing materials for customer facilities.
  • Liaise with dealers, contractors, and internal teams to achieve project objectives.
  • Prepare reports and updates for management meetings, and conduct regular site visits and audits.
  • Manage dealer accounts and processes, assess display and communication material adherence, and support event planning.
  • Maintain databases and coordinate training sessions, develop online portals, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in marketing, business, or related field.
  • 2-4 years of relevant experience, especially in OEM project management and dealer development.
  • Proven project management skills, including code 8 driver's license.
