Role Overview:

About the Position:

Key Responsibilities:
- Providing high-quality care to residents, including administering medications, wound care, and performing medical procedures
- Developing and implementing individualized care plans that cater to the unique needs and preferences of each resident
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery
- Maintaining accurate records and reporting any concerns or issues to relevant authorities
Requirements:
- Australian Registration as an Enrolled Nurse (AHPRA)
- Diploma of Nursing or equivalent qualification
