Job Title: Medical Receptionist

We are seeking an experienced Medical Receptionist to join our team at Jobfit Health Group in Chermside, QLD.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients and candidates, managing daily workflow, and ensuring the highest level of service standards are maintained.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure at all times the highest level of customer service via optimal communication and presentation.
  • Manage daily workflow to maintain client service standards ensuring timeframes and schedules are adhered to.
  • Greeting candidates, clients and visitors, answer telephone calls, assist with enquiries and appointments.
  • Take payments
  • Biometrics
  • Support health professionals with administrative tasks.
  • Recognise and uphold the rights of all candidates accessing services, including maintaining cultural sensitivity.
  • Comply with privacy and confidentiality principles to all work practices
  • General administration duties, stock orders etc.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a healthcare or a medical setting as a Receptionist.
  • Intermediate computer knowledge and skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritise under pressure.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy is necessary.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
