About the Role

The Maintenance Officer will play a critical role in ensuring the overall maintenance and upkeep of our shopping centres, providing a safe and welcoming environment for our customers and retailers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including repairs and maintenance of internal and external structures, carparks, signage, road works, and gates.
  • Maintain and service retailer facilities, including staff toilets and loading docks.
  • Ensure the presentation of centre malls and public facilities is of a high standard.
  • Monitor and maintain centre lighting, both internally and externally.
  • Assist with minor capital expenditure programs.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in general maintenance tasks, with excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Sound knowledge of Health & Safety and experience coordinating contractors within a maintenance environment.
  • Ability to work efficiently and effectively, with a positive attitude and a focus on customer satisfaction.
