About the Role

The Manager Planning and Building is a pivotal role within the Colac Otway Shire Council, responsible for leading strategic land use planning and development across the Shire. This position plays a critical role in ensuring that the Colac Otway Shire's Planning Scheme is administered efficiently, while balancing development opportunities, environmental management principles, and the long-term vision of the Shire.

Requirements
