Job Title:

Workshop Service Coordinator

Job Description:

The Workshop Service Coordinator will manage customer engagement and data entry for our workshop. This individual will have proven administration and customer service experience, a good understanding of the transport industry, and relevant experience in hydraulics and/or braking.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and build relationships with existing key accounts.
  • Communicate and manage customer expectations regarding workshop bookings and scheduling.
  • Attend to customer payments when required.
  • Data entry involving timecards, service information, and invoicing as well as varied tasks from the accounts department.
  • Controlling vehicle condition reports whilst liaising with customers on pick up/drop off.
  • Upkeep of workshop documents including service, quality assurance, and consumables.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven administration and customer service experience.
  • Familiarity with workshop operations.
  • Good understanding of and relevant experience in the transport industry - transport hydraulics and/or braking will be highly regarded.
  • Ability to show initiative, solve problems, and make decisions.
  • Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Well-developed verbal and written communication skills.
  • Effective time management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with a wide range of individuals.
